Poetry Text File Key

The format is 8.3, as follows:

*The first three positions are the first three letters of the first significant word of the poem's FINAL title:

mis - Missing
und - Undone
che - The Cheese Stands Alone
elc - El Cajon
??? - untitled work gets the first three letters of the poem

*The fourth position is the draft version, with this key:

1 - first draft
2 - second draft
etc.
a - tenth draft
b - eleventh draft
c - twelfth draft, 
etc.
x - final version

*The fifth position is a letter representing the year of the poem's creation, with this key: 

2000 - a
2001 - b
2002 - c
2004 - d
2005 - e
2006 - f
2007 - g

and so on.

*The sixth and seventh positions are the month of the poem's creation:

01 - January
02 - February

and so on.

*The eighth position is the poem's type, with this key:

a - apostrophe
c - crown of sonnets
f - free verse
i - facsimile
l - limerick
p - prose poem
s - sonnet
t - sestina
v - villanelle

Followed by the . for filetype separator, and then txt for the filetype.

Any images will use the identical construction, with the appropriate filetype.
